Sanjeev Malhotra
Chief Branding Officer

Sanjeev Malhotra, an internationally acknowledged authority on branding and marketing communication, is the founder of Aliagroup, a boutique conglomerate in the strategic brand communications space, which includes among its divisions DMA Branding, India's first specialist and institutional branding-services firm; ABPS, a print-management vertical; and CBO, a software-product developer. He is the Vice-Chairman of the India Chapter of Point of Purchase International, Washington, DC; the only Asian on the Global Advisory Council of The Design Management Institute, Boston; and a visiting principal faculty member at the National Institute of Design and the Mudra Institute of Communication (MICA), Ahmedabad, India. Sanjeev is socially and professionally well networked and is a member of a number of organizations including the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) network. He lives in South Mumbai with his wife and their 17-year-old daughter.

David Kemp
Chief Executive Officer, U.S.

David is a recognized authority on the design business, having run his own firms for nearly 30 years. He joined with his current partners, the renowned designers Michael and Giovanna Jager, in 1988 to form Jager Di Paola Kemp Design (JDK). Since then, JDK has grown to serve a roster of internationally recognized brands including Merrell, Patagonia, Microsoft, Levi's, Burton Snowboards, Nike, Giant Bicycles, and Pepsi. Prior to entering the design business, David worked at Dow Jones & Co., publisher of The Wall Street Journal, in New York City and as a reporter and editor on several newspapers including the Boston Globe. He graduated from Dartmouth College and received his M.B.A. from Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business. He lives in Vermont and New York with his two children.

Tessa Vande Griek
Managing Director, U.S.

Tessa has extensive production background, having worked as Marketing Production Manager at Burton Snowboards, the global leader in the snowboarding industry, headquartered in Burlington, VT, USA. Earlier, she was Print Color Specialist/Customer Service Representative at Villanti & Sons, a Vermont printer. She joined Jager Di Paola Kemp Design in 2005. Tessa is a member of Print Communications Professional International (PCPI). She is a native of Vermont and lives with her husband in the Burlington, Vermont, area.

Elizabeth Adams,
CPA, Chief Financial Officer

Liz has been with Jager Di Paola Kemp Design since 1991, most recently as Director of Finance. Originally from Minot, North Dakota, USA, she received her A.B. in accounting with honors from Champlain College, Burlington, VT, USA. She is Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Prior to joining JDK, she was cost accountant/credit manager at Josyln Defense Systems, Shelburne, Vermont, USA; and staff accountant at a Burlington, Vermont, public accounting firm. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Vermont Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA). She lives with her partner and her son in the Burlington, Vermont, area.
